Step 1

We Start With a Conversation

Every project begins with a thorough understanding of the client, the brand and its business objectives. We are interested not only in the stand size, but above all in the marketing strategy, communication approach, target audience, and the nature of the event. Only a full understanding of the context allows us to propose solutions that make sense both visually and commercially. We do not design in isolation from reality. We design in response to real needs.

Step 2

We Develop the Concept and Design

Based on the insights gathered, we develop the stand concept and 3D visualisation. This is a stage of close collaboration with the client, where we refine aesthetics, functionality and the way the brand will be presented. We treat design as a tool, not an end in itself. Its purpose is to deliver a clearly defined marketing outcome and support the brand’s objectives at the event.

Step 3

We Prepare Technical Documentation

Every approved concept is translated into complete technical documentation. This is essential both for exhibition technical approval and for the safe execution of the project. This is a critical stage of the process, where aesthetics meet engineering, regulations and safety standards. The quality of this phase directly impacts the success of everything that follows.

Step 4

We Produce and Coordinate

Once the design is approved, we move into the production phase of the stand elements. Dedicated design, production and logistics teams oversee the entire process, ensuring consistency, material quality and precision of execution. At the same time, we plan transport logistics and a detailed schedule to ensure that every element is delivered on time and in line with agreed specifications.

Step 5

On-Site Installation

We carry out stand installation directly at the exhibition venue - in Poland and across Europe. We work in line with organiser's schedules and applicable safety standards. At this stage, experience, flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changing on-site conditions are essential.

Step 6

Attention to Detail

We provide full stand fit-out, including graphics, lighting, multimedia, furniture and equipment. When required, we also coordinate additional services such as hostesses or catering. As a result, the client receives a complete and coherent space, ready to perform from the first minute of the event.

Step 7

Presence During and After the Event

If needed, we provide technical support throughout the trade fair, conference or event. The client is not left alone with the project - we remain responsible until completion. After the event, we handle dismantling and return logistics. For us, a project is finished only when the entire process is safely and fully closed.
